I for one cannot believe that it has been one year since I started blogging about baking & stuff, and so in light of this special day, I’m happy to announce that KEEP CALM AND BAKE is finally on FACEBOOK! Stay tuned for more updates on facebook kay!

MY FIRST EVER,
Baking class at Sarah’s Loft!
Just last week I decided to sign up for her class to bake cinnamon rolls, because the first time I tried making cinnamon rolls, they turned out like this:
And they looked pretty sad.=/
So there I was, looking at Sarah’s fb page when she updated about her baking classes.
And there it was, cinnamon rolls baking class.*dingdingding*
Sarah has a really nice, cosy baking corner all to herself, and also enough space for 2 students to learn from her. She’s a super nice girl & an awesome teacher. 🙂
So she takes you through the recipe step by step, very patiently while answering all my annoying questions, haha.
After all that kneading, rolling, butter sugar cinnamon smearing, egg washing and almond sprinkling, these cinnamon rolls are all ready to hit the oven.
& while waiting for the rolls to bake, Sarah made some yummy caramel to drizzle on later.
